YEO Outbound Student Application Process
Our application process is managed using an online database system which includes an initial application followed by completion of many other forms. We have developed instructions for the students to assist them with the application process. Those are all listed in the files section on the left side of this page. We encourage all Club Youth Exchange Officers (YEO) to review those documents for details on the expectations for the students. Contact Beth VanDeWege if you have questions.
The overview provides a broad overview of how the process will work.
The Club Compliance Agreement is to be completed by the Club YEO and submitted to Terry Collins by the Club.
The Student Letter and Instructions is the document that students should rely on as they work their way through the process.
The checklist and all of the forms are the supporting materials required to complete a student application packet. These documents will all be provided to the student after the YEO sends the name and email address of the candidate to Dirk Miller (details are provided in the letter to clubs in the download list).
