Rotary District 5440 Conference

The 2024 Rotary 5440 Conference will take place from May 16-18, 2024, in Steamboat Springs, CO.

 

Following the Home Hospitality event, the Thursday Decedent Desserts event will be held at Olympian Hall on Howelsen Hill, Steamboat’s original ski area and home of our local Olympians.

Friday and Saturday conference events will be held at Colorado Mountain College. Friday evening will be a Night on the Town with each registrant receiving a $50 dinner voucher to use at a participating restaurant of their choice. Saturday evening’s Western Barbeque will be accessed by a ten-minute gondola ride to Thunderhead Lodge.

 

The Steamboat Springs Holiday Inn is holding a block of rooms for the conference at a rate of $129.   Your hotel reservation is not part of the registration fees so you must book your hotel directly with the Holiday Inn at 970-879-2250. Ask for the Rotary District Conference rate.

Please note that due to space limitations, the registration is limited to 275 participants. Full conference registration includes Thursday social, all meals, breakout sessions and speakers for both Friday and Saturday, Friday dinner voucher and Saturday Western Barbeque event. There is an optional wine tasting event at Rotary Park scheduled for Friday afternoon with a separate charge that must be paid for prior to the event. Rates are as follows:

 

Full Conference Fee - $275

Friday PM Wine Tasting - $30

Saturday Evening Western Barbeque - $80 (limit one additional per full conference registrant, only 30 available).

 

Registration will close April 30^th.

A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations until April 30^th.

After April 30^th there will be no refunds.
