Sergeant at Arms

3 members - Set up of meeting room 30 minutes prior to arrivals (11:15am). Support President's needs prior to start of meeting (Noon). At the conclusion of the meeting gather meeting items for storage or possible cleaning. (1:30pm) Time commitment - 3 hours each week
