Package Registration Options & Cost:
 
Full Conference: $300 until May 17, 2026; $350 late registration fee.  Full Conference Registrations includes the meet & greet, all meals, speakers and breakout sessions for the entire conference.  This does not include any recreational activities.  It also does not include your hotel room.  
 
First Timer Full Conference: $275 until May 17, 2026; $325 late registration fee.  The First Timer Full Conference Registration is for Rotarians & their guest who have never attended a District 5440 Conference.  The registration includes the meet & greet, all meals, speakers and breakout sessions for the entire conference.  This does not include any recreational activities.  It also does not include your hotel room.  
 
Saturday Daytime Only: $175 until May 17, 2026; $200 late registration fee.  Saturday Daytime Registration includes the meet & greet on Friday evening and Saturday breakfast & lunch.  All speakers & breakout sessions on the agenda until 4:00pm.  This option DOES NOT include Saturday evening banquet.
 
Saturday Lunch Only: $75 until May 17, 2026; $100 late registration fee.  Saturday Lunch Only: This registration includes the meet & greet on Friday evening, Saturday lunch with featured speaker & the House of Friendship following lunch.
 
Saturday Dinner Only: $100 until May 17, 2026; $125 late registration fee.  Saturday Dinner Only includes Saturday dinner, celebrations & featured speaker.
 
Sunday Morning Only: $50 until May 17, 2026; $75 late registration fee.  Join us for the Grand Finale! Even if you wouldn't be able to attend the earlier sessions, we’d love for you to join us for the final day of the 2026 Innovation Summit. Start your morning with breakfast and an inspiring presentation from speaker Clint Schroeder, followed by our official closing session. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the summit!
