Greetings Rotarians,
District Events to participate in this Spring and Summer!
Imagine Rotary in the Rockies and Register for the District Conference before Registration Prices go up:
If you are thinking about attending the June 8-10 District Conference in Estes Park Colorado, I am encouraging you to register before the end of this month. Registration fees will increase on May 1st. The discounted room block at the Ridgeline Hotel is sold out. Fortunately there are other hotels in Estes Park that have vacancies. Please check the conference information on the district website. Kellie has added details about the hotels that still have rooms available. Book your reservations soon, these rooms are filling up!
Club Presidents, you can share the success of the projects your club completed in the World Café. Please contact Mike Forney at forneyrotary5440@hotmail.com for more details. The focus of every district conference is on the clubs and recognizing what they have accomplished. Please send me a short slide summary of a project your club completed this year that you want to share with conference attendees. The slide summary should include: one introduction slide, slides with pictures of the project or club members working on the project and a final summary slide, 6 slides maximum. The slides will be played at the district conference during all the meals so conference attendees can see the results of the amazing projects your clubs worked on this year.
