The Spring District Assembly “District Technology & Grants Readiness” session prepares club leaders to successfully navigate essential digital tools and meet Rotary requirements for the upcoming year. Participants will receive hands-on guidance in switching to and using ClubRunner NOVA for managing club operations, including member data, communication, event tracking, and reporting aligned with district expectations.

In addition, the session will cover mandatory District Grant training, outlining eligibility requirements, stewardship responsibilities, and key timelines for applying and managing grants. Attendees will learn best practices to ensure compliance with Rotary Foundation policies, maintain accurate documentation, and maximize the impact of their service projects.
