ROTARY DISTRICT 5440
COWBOY COUNTRY YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAM
YEAH Database

YEAH (Youth Exchange Administration Hub) is the online database system we use to manage the long-term youth exchange program.  The system was developed by a Rotarian and is now being used by nearly every Rotary YE program in the United States. We are using it to track all of our records related to long-term youth exchange students and the volunteers and host families who work with them. Hopefully it will make it easier for you to keep up on the administrative requirements that go with hosting a youth exchange student. The system can be accessed by a web browser in almost any device (computer, tablet, phone, etc.).

There are several documents related to YEAH that are attached to this email.
  • Portal Overview provides a general overview of what can be done in the YEAH portal.
  • Web Links for YEAH system provides a list of the various web links that are needed to access the system. For example, the link for host families is different than for volunteers.
  • Host Family Application Screen Shots has a screen shot for every screen in the host family application. It helps some families to know what to expect before they start the application process.
  • Changing Host Families provides a description of the steps required to move a student.
  • Report Instructions discusses the different reports that must be entered for students and host families.

Please ask for help if you need it. Dirk Miller is our YEAH system administrator and he is happy to help anyone who is struggling (dirkdmiller@gmail.com, 307-274-2812).
