- All clubs participating in any New Generations Program in District 5440 (including Young RYLA, RYLA, Interact, Rotaract or Youth Exchange), are required to comply with the provisions of the District 5440 Protection Policy and submit an annual Certificate/Renewal Form to ensure compliance. If your club does not meet the training and certification requirements, you will not be allowed to participate in New Generations programs. There are additional Department of State requirements that apply to the Long-Term Youth Exchange Program.
- Training is for: Club Presidents/New Generations Youth Program Officers/Youth Exchange Officers/Club Counselors/Clubs interested or already involved in a New Generations program.
