Rotary International District 5440, Inc. holds District Assemblies (Spring/Fall/Winter), Training Seminars and Rotary Leadership Institute courses throughout the year; and a District Conference annually.  The following is the policy of District 5440 regarding registrations for these events.

Registrations for district assemblies, training seminars and Rotary Leadership Institute courses will be handled with the online registration site at www.rotary5440.org under the district events section.  Any registration for a district assembly, training seminar or Rotary Leadership Institute course must be made online and paid within four days prior to the event date to allow facilitators time for meal and handout preparation.  If any online registration is not paid within four days prior to the event, the registration will be cancelled.  Late registrations, including walk-in registrations, will be charged a $10 late registration fee.  Refunds are issued at the discretion and joint decision of the District Governor and District Trainer.
