District Assembly

Online registration has closed.   Walk-in registrations will be accepted.

Our general session plenary room is the Wyoming Room.  The breakout rooms are really close as well.  Please park by the event center and enter from the first set of doors (we will have signage to direct for parking). f

There will be pastries and muffins with the morning coffee.

Box lunches (turkey and beef) will be served for lunch.  If you have a special meal request for lunch (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and food allergies) Kellie needs to know this when you sign up so send her an email at rotary5440@yahoo.com with that information.

The hotel room rate for the Spring Assembly is $99 for a Deluxe King reserved in the “Rotary District 5440 Spring Assembly” block.  Reservations may be made directly with the Reservations Department at 800-445-6945.   Please note that the cut-off date for hotel reservations is March 17, 2015.  After this date the rooms will be released for general sale.  If rooms are available after the 17^th there is no guarantee that they will be at the $99 rate.
